Gilbert, AZ Family Photography: My little Lovebug ~ 21 months

Oh how I love my little guy! We woke up Wednesday to a beautiful, cool, cloudy day. I thought it would be a great day to go scouting for some new locations so I threw Ryan in the car, HE grabbed his hat, and I grabbed the camera.  We drove, drove, & drove and I was a little disappointed that I didn't find anything amazing.
Ryan started getting restless so I decided to pull over to an orange grove we had passed several times, and I am so glad I did! He loved it and I loved sitting in the dirt watching him! As soon as I got him out if the car he ran to the trees and was infatuated with the big orange "balls". He tried to gather as many as he could carry, he would drop one, bend over to pick it up and drop another and so on, it's funny how determined he is sometimes. He also thought it was really funny to throw them at me as I was trying to take pictures of him, he has quite an arm :)
I can't believe how fast time flies, why do they have to grow!?!? I may not have found what I was looking for that day, but I'm glad I was able to capture this amazing little guy that brings joy, laughter and headaches to me everyday! I love you my little love bug.

Gilbert, AZ Family Photography: "G" turns 1 years old!!

I will say it again, I love what I do because of the people I meet! This is one of those families, that was once a client and is now someone I can call a friend.  Mom called to schedule a 1 year session for her baby boy, of course I squeezed them in, this family is awesome! Mr. "G" wasn't fully waking yet but that didn't stop him from getting away, he's a fast one! We also got a few of one of his big sisters, she's quite the little model and loves every bit of the getting dolled up and posing, she cracks me up!

Gilbert, AZ 2011 High School Graduate: Danielle

So glad I got to meet Danielle and her mom, both were beautiful and oh-so funny!  Love when I meet a new client and it seem as if we have known each other forever.  You both were a blast and the reason I love my job! Congrats Danielle and best of luck to you!  And now a few of my favorite images.....

Mesa, AZ Engagement Session: Sarah + Billy

I had such a great time with Sarah & Billy, Sarah is one of my little cousins that has grown up into a beautiful young lady and has now found her prince charming (now I feel really old)!  Her and Billy are such a fun and energetic couple togerther and I can't wait for their upcoming wedding on 11/11/11. Gilbert, AZ newborn Photography: Baby "R"

Oohhh, what a tiny, tiny, itty bitty baby he was, and such a good baby at that! I was so flattered when his mommy called to schedule his newborn session with me. Baby "R" was a few days older than I like to work with for newborn sessions but he was perfect, such a good boy! Congrats to Brittney & Dane!

Gilbert, AZ 2011 High School Graduate: Justin

I ♥ this ball of goofiness!!! This is one kid that I am super proud of, despite the challenges he has faced in his life he will be graduating with his class this year! Congrats Justin!

Queen Creek Mini Session: 3 beautiful girls!

I had a mini session in queen creek with these 3 cute-as-can-be girls! Their mom was a winner of a mini session that I gave away at a yearly cookie exchange party.  I'm glad this mom was the winner, who wouldn't want to photograph 3 stylish, fun,  beautiful girls in the freezing cold...yes, freezing and you can't even tell, can you!?!  You girls were troopers!

Scottsdale Wedding Photography: Sarit & Rich

Sarit and Rich are an great couple that have found love again. I have know Sarit for many years and to see her so happy and in love is amazing. Rich is a great guy himself and compliments her perfectly, together they are a beautiful family of 8 (5 boys-yikes!)!
The beautiful wedding was held at Gainey Ranch Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona. Here are a few photos from their gorgeous wedding.

2010 Short & Sweet Mini Sessions ~ Sneak Peek

Downtown.

Since I'm still playing catch up, here are a few images from Downtown. 

My brother loves to be in front of the camera so we went out to do some headshots in Downtown Mesa for his acting portfolio but we got distracted by his sweet girlfriend and decided to do some pictures of them together. I love the lighting we caught that day.  



A friend of mine put together a photo shoot for an assignment that she had for her class, it was a great time just shooting for fun in downtown Gilbert. I think I was talking to much  because I didn't take very many shots, here are the one's I did get. 
Thank you to my friends Amanda and Oscar who filled in as models, very, very last minute. 

MINE.

Seems like I'm always photographing everyone else, but these are finally MINE.  It really is very rare for me to get these 3 all together since they would rather run around and explore but I was able to get them to sit for a few pictures. I love this location by the river, you would never expect it to be so green in the desert.


I also got a few of my beautiful sister and her boyfriend who came along for the fun!
